FourPlex Housing

This design proposal was for a series of Fourplex housing units intended for the LA basin. In Los Angeles, Fourplex data has shown that the Fourplex typology yields some of the lowest per unit cost of any housing in the region. As part of a proposal for low-cost housing, the designs focused first on accommodating a range of possible household types and a range of typical site conditions found in LA.
